Check In: 3 pm - 6 pm.  Because we are a small inn, we are not always on-site.  We do, however, like to greet guests at check-in, especially first-time visitors.  Please tell us which ferry you'll be taking so we know when to meet you.
 

Check Out: 11 am.  We may be able to extend this based on your departure ferry.
 

This is a completely family-friendly facility, no age restrictions. We do not, however, have any special accommodations such as cribs or cots.
 

We DO NOT allow pets. We reserve the right to charge up to $250 if we find evidence of or damage from an animal.  "Assistance Animals" otherwise known as emotional support, therapy or companion animals are also not permitted.  "Service Animals" as defined by the State of Maine are welcome.  Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a service animal.  Please see this Maine.gov link for definitions.  Service Animals 
 

There is no smoking or vaping on the property...that means in the rooms, on the balconies or decks, or even in the parking lot.  Penalties may be assessed.
 

Guests are responsible for washing all dishes and wiping down counters and appliances prior to check out.  A $50 cleaning fee could be incurred otherwise.
 

$50 of deposits are refundable when reservation is cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
